The jailing tried and attempted in intimidation was based on Fraud after Fraud after fraud. And was planned to have ended in the hands of one of their judges who would and did attempt to commit another fraud order that would have jailed an innocent black excellent person. The whiter cocksure wad wanted Terry Dwayne Ashford. And that desire was the WHITER MEN attempting to TAKE a black man like they were running a slave goddamn camp. When you have an innocent black the fraud comes from manipulation behind the scenes by insiders (whiter males leading) that falsify things that impact the persons legal upright stance.

In this case we have proven and can prove again in the court of any law that the threatening language is based on fraud of Terry Dwayne Ashford’s property registration of vehicle and driver’s licenses through the same processes. Fraud.

The fraud we have proof is linking parking tickets to a targeted person’s property registration and linking those same fraudulent causes to inalienable rights of the driving. That’s illegal my dear. And the Judge knew that.

By the constitution of America parking tickets cannot be linked to properties or inalienable rights. Because by doing so that would defy America, by placing properties and money meaning greed over lives. You can’t kill someone over a car payment. That’s illegal and it is inhumane. And that was tried by even the judge.

Fraud tickets that were beyond threshold of document-keeping was pulled out of the woodworks. That was done knowing the threshold of keeping documentation had expired. Documents for such bills are to be kept for 3 years – 7 at the most. What the fraud did was pulled old paid tickets and said altogether weren’t paid. Pulling the backdated documents is illegal in itself then to have linked the documents to such inalienable rights is chargeable offenses even by the insiders. They knew what they were doing. And had a plan one that was squashed. That was illegal in itself

Then came the denial of the registration and the rights of the driving licenses.

The fraud was in such great attempt that Terry Dwayne Ashford tried to eat the deceit being thrown in his face, and offered to pay the outdated tickets that was placed on his driver’s license through a payment plan that is afforded every citizen in DC and the deceitful inside employee denied Terry Dwayne Ashford’s the legal equal payment options. They then denied Terry Dwayne Ashford his rights – and that was done trying to frame Terry Dwayne Ashford for the Premeditated Rick Ross Scheme.

The hunting procedure was illegal and inhumane as the Whiter male conspirators as shown in every combative situation were the ones – used the alibi “we wanted him”. The whiter male inside of MPD 4th district wherein over 5 complaints have been filed, is exactly where police ran FROM to pull video footage from a neighborhood house that had the camera to see the crashing of the journalist’s window. Mind you the location is the same reported from this morning- the Takoma Recreation Center including the Aquatic workout facilities- where the MPD In MPD Truancy van #489 may have been the one stole the journalist’s iPhone by crashing the windows while the journalist was feet away on the tennis court serve practice. We have officer Peltzer, The Muslim Officer in Vehicle’s 489, we have the police complaint involving MPD vehicle 409 and the podcast on sept 19th. We have all these police harassments that was only squashed through reporting and journalism.

The whiter male police was to HUNT terry Dwayne Ashford and give him a ticket. And that ticket was planned to be placed in the hands of a conspiring judge. And that is what was tried.

The judge (Beshori) was supposed by the conspiracy order to ignore the endangering documents of the journalist by default having already decided becsuse the conspiracy was premeditated. Judge Beshori in the judge’s chambers was not supposed to hear a word and was supposed to have issued a decision that would have jailed the innocent victim for the Rick Ross Scheme. Therefore the judge totally ignored all the endangering of the person for said reasons “we wanted him”. Well mighty whiteness do you get everything you want. And what may I ask professionally are even your mighty whiteness boundaries? The judge thought he could run a slave plantation because of his whiteness, just as you have seen with Apple, Anchor, FedEx, and others who tried to deny rights to Terry Dwayne Ashford. Doesn’t everyone wants to be WHITE or to have one? He may have assumed.

The Fraud Tickets were violations pulled backdated targeting the ones that had expired. That’s the first violation.

Then the fraud tickets were used to commit another violation and that was the linking them to properties and to inalienable rights. A federal violation that is documented in thr federal case citing MPD officers and the MPD entire department.

Judge Beshori tried knowingly to threaten journalist Terry Dwayne Ashford with jailing from his compliance to HIS GANG ORDERS. And he is a judge therefore was supposed to have been non-partisan. He wasn’t. He issued orders based on gang desire of Terry Dwayne Ashford’s intellectual skill set and in trying to take properties. The judge is responsible for terrorism in this case.

Federal case filed in U.S.District Court the Friday after Judge Beshori tried the journalist. So you want another Rick Ross Case AH?

That Rick Ross Scheme was planned to STEAL by jailing innocent people who trusted that the system was ethical. The judge was to issue the order while the innocent person was trusting. And that would have caught the person off their guard in total disbelief. Until NOW!

And that is why the judge intentionally refused to even look at information of endangering Terry Dwayne Ashford which was in his chambers before any decision should have even been considered. Fraud order was given by Judge Beshori based on life endangerment by police, reported in the complaints and by the citizens that aided in misdemeanor or felony accessory fashion at places where the black journalist terry Dwayne Ashford visited. One of them Is the shepherd Park Library and the re-imaging filed in the federal case and a second location is the Takoma Workout facilities where the journalist goes for a nice quiet workout.

In closure, the black men were to violate the black victims on the fronts while the whiter men who was trading sex with them, was to manipulate the behind the scenes which was supposed to affect the decision by the conspiring judge.
